Colleagues were nice, Bravo incentives are nice (rare to obtain, especially with stingy manager), decent benefits
Cons
Management not supporting career growth, strong favouritism (especially with white peers), difficult to switch departments, lack of transparency with lower and upper management, terrible salary for the amount of work given, and management not caring about their team members' mental health
