My experience with InsureCow was deeply disappointing. The leadership, particularly the CEO and COO, demonstrated a significant lack of understanding in the tech domain yet frequently overstepped into technical decisions, creating confusion and inefficiency. Despite their limited expertise, they carried an unwarranted sense of superiority, which negatively affected team dynamics. Alarming issues include delays or complete failures in salary payments—not only to employees but also to trainers and trainees, which is unacceptable in any professional setting. The work environment itself is toxic, marked by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of respect for team members. Additionally, serious concerns arose in 2024 regarding the CEO’s involvement in a government project that raised questions of integrity and ethical conduct. I cannot recommend InsureCow as a healthy or trustworthy workplace for professionals seeking growth, respect, and fair treatment.
