      Small team, flat hierarchy, great team dynamic, English-friendly.

      Cons

      Hybrid work - at least for me, I'd prefer 90% remote 10% on-site since the job didn't require to be in the office so much except when there were events. No opportunity to progress after the internship ended

      - Very very flexible - Amazing working environment, great management - Punctual with payments, organized company, strong values - They really helped me improve my German - Superb networking opportunities and events - Felt very supported by my team and my superiors - Diverse and multicultural team
