      It was great, until it wasn't (starting around 2023.) Smart People Used to have a good mission of education Some products (Canvas) used all over the world is awesome

      Cons

      Cronyism AI for AI's sake, not anything useful Leadership taking no time to learn how anything works and making bad assumptions leading to terrible suggestions or outright wrong conclusions Using higher level people in effectively.
