Friendly Team - 3D Designer Instinct Laboratory Employee Review

Some of the best opportunities of my career so far have come from instinct laboratory. The company is a forward thinking organization, with a list of clients that most firms would die for - working with these brands at such a stage in my career was unprecedented and I valued the experience immeasurably. International travel was a given and I have been fortunate enough to speak to well respected business leader throughout Europe. This experience has been vital to me in my current job. Obviously the offices are world class and they provide a warm environment with friendly people to work in, something I currently miss!

One of the main downsides is the hours you have to have to work, deadlines have to be met and this can often lead to extended working hours. I guess it comes with the responsibility of speaking to important brands and comes with the nature of the projects. Occasionally I have had to work weekends if travelling internationally, but this was always compensated with a day or two off during the week.

Instinct Laboratory is a one of a kind place to work as you can't come into it assuming you're fully developed and ready for this type of work. This is a company that will constantly push you to work harder and take on new responsibilities in order to find out just how much more you can do.

You can sometimes feel initially overwhelmed when starting a new project, and there is a strong element of figuring things out for yourself over ensuring everything's clear and explained. However this does help encourage you to be a proactive thinker and to take more risks.
