Pros
IME is a small company which allows for individuals to be recognized for their successes. I feel like I am making an impact each and every day. In addition, while small, our customers are large household names. Because of that, the work is very interesting (being able to see the inner workings of these large companies). Also, I feel that wages and the benefits offered are competitive in the market. There are a lot of "soft" benefits such as casual attire, flexible work arrangements, company activities, etc.
Cons
If you are looking for defined career paths this may not be the place for you. There is extraordinary opportunity for growth, depending on your definition of growth (i.e. if growth means opportunities for increased responsibilities or responsibilities that you may not be given at larger companies then this is your place, but if growth means frequent title changes and promotions, because of the small nature of the company, this may not be the right place for you).
