They can be reached anytime in a day over a call or message and by anyone in the company. - Flexibility with the work timings and work location.
Cons
As a start-up the major cons are: - Processes are not well defined. - Communication disconnect between different verticals within the organisation. This can be sorted as the organisation grows and moves up to the next level.
