      Get firsthand experience in software development. Good especially if you are struggling to get a role or do not have any experience.

      Cons

      First off there is no pay and most importantly there were not any experienced developers within the team so it is hard to tell if you are technically doing well.

      Good at guiding the career, supportive advisor (CEO), maed a really good connection.

      The environment moves really fast, which is awesome for anyone who loves a challenge and wants to grow fast. It might feel little intense, though.
