Nothing good to say about this company or its management

The owner is an absentee owner who thrives on and in chaos. She focusses on saving a pennies but cannot see the bigger financial picture. The company has been in business for over twenty years, but has declined to invest in people, procedures and policies. You must review your pay stub on every period due to errors and omissions. This company is ran like a start up with zero corporate/institutional knowledge. Staff are underpaid and overworked. Increased staffing is not an option (save those pennies). The Cerritos corporate offices are decades out of date and very dirty and depressing. These offices have not been painted in twenty years. Avoid this company. In my opinion, the owner/management are micromanagers in every sense and are borderline unethical.
