      Pros

      Insquad was going hand in hand with me. We are almost friends now. I fully trust guys and they send me the best matching jobs for me. It’s always a great match! I am always feeling supported and guided. Also, I choose what time I work. My colleagues in American company give me any credit. The only condition is to be productive, so I am working depending on my schedule. I can sleep when I am feeling tired and then work during the night, for example. Sounds good, right?

      Without Insquad I couldn’t even get to the first step of recruitment It may sound crazy but for me money wasn’t the main point, I am just fond of western culture and had a dream to work on cool projects in another cultural environment using English. Americans are great and absolutely different! Working with them fulfills me and helps to broaden horizons. Without Insquad I couldn’t even get to the first step of recruitment (interview). I don't know how they made it but I don’t really care. Now I’ve got what I wanted. Plus, It almost doubled my income. Try Insquad!
