Typical Chinese company, no hope. - Business Operations Inspur Group Employee Review

This review is for their office in Milpitas, CA, Inspur Systems Inc. This is a typical micromanaging Chinese company. Top management from China controls everything from daily operations, HR, business.. everything. They still “stated” they want to localize. Ironic. The CEO is not able to communicate in public, HRVP based in China knows nothing about HR in the US. They treat people like kindergarten kids and ask them to do tons of reports. No work life balance, calls received from Asia at Midnight all the time. All about power and control. They lost quite some outstanding team members. People are leaving this place.
