Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we appreciate you doing so. I am really pleased to hear that you worked with some great people during your time with us; we love to hear of teams working so well together! I am sorry to hear that you did not feel much of the support that was available from teams elsewhere. We worked hard, from an HR/Onboarding perspective, to ensure that all new employees had a consistent onboarding experience, with plenty of initial time with and support from our team, to ensure that everyone felt welcome upon joining us and so that they knew who they could reach out to, across multiple teams, should they need anything, whether that was from a technical perspective or with regards to general every day bits and pieces. I am aware that various members of our technical teams from the UK spent time (often months at a time) onsite, sharing knowledge/experiences and getting to know everyone too, so I am sorry to hear that you did not feel supported from our UK office. You are welcome to reach out to me directly to share some of your thoughts around this as we always welcome opportunities to see where improvements can be made. Thank you.

Hi, thank you for leaving us your review. We're pleased to know that you were able to make the most of our flexible working, so as to ensure a positive work life balance - it means a lot to us - so much that both remote working and flexible working are here to stay! In terms of professional progression, I'm not sure when you were working with us, however we are keen to support professional development and we encourage all team members to discuss their career aspirations and agree plans to achieve them, as part of their monthly check-ins with their line managers. In 2023, we have supported a number of people as they have undertaken a variety of professional qualifications and we saw 12% of the team achieve a promotion. We wish you well and thanks again for your review.

We are also pleased to know that you feel well supported within your role through regular discussions with your line manager, where I'm sure you will have opportunities to review your progress, agree priorities and discuss other ways in which we can ensure that you have the knowledge and the skills to enable you to do your job well. Thank you also for your feedback around the training. We have endeavored to develop what we hope is a consistent and informative Onboarding process, and one which is available to those joining us remotely or locally. We have broken the Induction training up into bite-sized pieces so we are sorry to hear that you have found the training to be long. Happy to take this on board. Thank you for your thoughts around getting immediate assistance. If you haven't already, may I suggest that you pick this up as a point for discussion with your line manager in your next Check-In? And in reference to your advice to managers, please ensure that you are providing us with a response to our Engagement Surveys.
