I have worked at Inspire for just under 2 years and am so thankful for the growth opportunities available to everyone. Inspire is a very collaborative workplace that strives for excellence and teamwork. This means that peers are willing to learn and teach each other to pursue shared goals and ensure our targets are met. I have made incredible relationships and know that my future career is in a better place because I have already gained such valuable experience working here.

Cons

A con to some people working at Inspire is that we are a small and mighty team. Meaning some objectives can take longer to complete but can also lead to a pro of giving people the autonomy to make a huge impact. We are all highly motivated, which can lead to high amounts of responsibility. But again, even with this comes a lot of rewards, satisfaction, and growth.
