Compensation is high because they have to pay only for short durations as employees are highly dispensable for them.
Cons
Quick hire and fire policy because of which they offer very high salaries to lure people from good companies. Controlled by very few narrow minded and self obsessed individuals who think too highly about themselves since they are great bootlickers who have been around for too long and now control the shots in the company.
