Cons
With the company being fully commission based there is room for improvement on the pay for hire managers whose main focused is no longer answer calls. As it is a call center there are structured hours however they are flexible between 8 am and 9pm EST. Everything is set up to be in the eastern time zone, so if you live outside of that, just make sure you adjust yourself accordingly. We work with all US time zones, however. Lack of benefits
