Pros

Culture: Suitable for developers who prefer a 'just make it work' mindset and are comfortable working without modern frameworks, version control, or code reviews. Location: Office is located near public transport. Team: Colleagues & other fellow developers are friendly.

Cons

Engineering Culture: Focus is entirely on client delivery over code quality. There are no code reviews; as long as the code functions, it is accepted. Tech Stack: Obsolete technologies. We write in "Vanilla" code using ancient libraries with no modern frameworks. Version Control: Major security and workflow risk—there is no SCM (like Git). Code is shared manually via WhatsApp, Google Drive, or Email. Project Management: Management accepts client requests immediately without performing proper risk assessments or feasibility studies. Benefits: Below market average. Total cover is only RM600 for Medical, Dental, and Optical combined. Transport Claims: Highly restrictive. You are limited to the My50 Pass (RM50) if the client is near an LRT/MRT. Mileage claims are only permitted if public transport is completely inaccessible. Bonus Structure: Payouts are staggered throughout the following year. If you leave at the end of the fiscal year, you forfeit your bonus for the work you’ve already done. Annual Leave: Cashing out leave comes with strict Terms & Conditions. Verdict: This is not the place to be if you want to improve your technical skill
