      Management appreciates effort and accomplishment, Care about their employees and can be flexible when required. Great Cloud technology and lots to learn and training opportunities offered to employees.

      Cons

      Not all management should be managing, sales should be more organized and focused and driving more business, upward mobility a bit challenging in a smaller organization
