Pros
Product is good. Conditions are good, Benefits OK, Salary is relatively competitive. People are generally nice and diversity is good.
Cons
Starts with leadership. CEO is the founder but is out of his depth at the position. He's never wrong (he thinks) and blames everyone else for his mistakes. When success has been achieved it's all about what a genius HE is. This translates into poor behavior towards his team and no sign of real sustained growth. This culture of zero empowerment, coupled with "who's favorite this week, and who isn't" means people don't stay, or if they do they are constantly undermined and belittled, or worse start to display those same tendencies. Is charming and likeable prior to people joining the company, but can't help reverting to type once they are onboard.
