Cons
My experience at Insight Global has been deeply disappointing and has caused me to reevaluate both my career trajectory and my personal values. The work culture here is incredibly toxic and politically driven, with leadership frequently selecting individuals they want to see succeed while others are left unsupported. Expectations and metrics are not only unrealistic but are also subject to constant, arbitrary changes, creating an environment where success feels unattainable no matter how hard you work. Despite being a confident and hardworking individual, the toxic atmosphere and lack of proper leadership left me doubting my own abilities—something I never expected from a company that claims to value its employees. To make matters worse, there is very little support when you reach the "thick" of your role, especially during the promotion process. Instead of mentorship and guidance, you're often left isolated, without the tools or encouragement needed to succeed. It's hard to ignore the numerous negative reviews about this company, and having experienced it firsthand, I can confidently say that they are absolutely accurate. There is a serious need for change within the organization, particularly in how employees are treated and supported. If you're considering your first job out of college, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. While no company is perfect, there are definitely healthier environments where you can thrive, grow, and feel valued. Insight Global does not offer that.
