Pros
Fun party environment, a lot of your peers will be very encouraging and some sales managers are great but it really depends who you are with. Most are not.
Cons
The work life balance is basically non existent. They preach that they are there for you personally, professionally and financially but are more worried about numbers than anything. It’s all talk. They say you work the 40 hour weeks but expect you to actually put in 50-60 hour weeks without any financial compensation. I’ve had more than one senior manager tell me I had to work lunches as well to “earn my stripes” even when I was hitting all my numbers. This place is full of fake positivity and toxic leadership. They are always hiring because so many people quit on a weekly basis they and they blame it on employees not being “gritty” enough when they have horrible work expectations. I do not recommend working here. The pay is bare minimum at best and dangle promotions in front of you so you think you’ll eventually be making a lot of money when in reality maybe 1-2 people in an office make what they claim. Feels like a scam.
