The opportunity they provide. It is a company that thrives on the ability to grow and provides its' employees with all the resources to be successful. You can move up quickly, make good money, and most importantly have fun while you work. I have had a great time working for the company. I've met a lot of great people along the way. Insight Global has provided me the opportunity to be successful in a very short period of time. All it takes is a little hard work and a positive attitude and anyone can be successful here!
Cons
Sometimes you have to work a little longer than the 40hr standard work week, but its not that bad. There are good days and bad day like every other job, but there is not really one thing that sticks out in my mind.
