Pros
- getting to stay remote if you were hired as a remote employee - great coworkers - potentially better treatment higher up the ladder - used to be a much better company, but has spiraled completely out of control in the past few years
Cons
- poor treatment of the entire services department - excessive layoffs - greatly favors overseas hiring, and will hire overseas after laying off thousands of US workers at a time - poor salary, worse raises - no upward mobility - bad and disorganized management - excessive lying and sneaky, borderline illegal behavior from higher management - will bend over backwards to satisfy clients, even if it means enabling client abuse - constant restructuring, often times laying off entire departments and then placing those same responsibilities on lower-level workers (getting people to work for free, essentially)
