Pros

This is great starting point for your career if you are looking to get into Sales. One great Pro about Insight is the culture, everyone is friendly and welcoming and ready to help you if you need it.

Cons

Politics will always be an issue when working for a large corporation, you fall under the wrong management it will be hard to move up as everyone looks after their own interest first.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
