-As I said. I enjoy working here but sometimes feels like the management do no listen to your views. The Senior Management team bend over backwards for clients without standing firm. You team can lose trust in you that way. -Too much admin and too many trackers and statuses to update. -Resourcing through central team or trying to bring on additonal support when you need it can be painful going through the process that's in place. Sometimes you wonder why you bother. -Meetings aren't as efficient. -If you work onsite, you feel disconnected from the central team. Sometimes they think they know what's best for you but it's totally different when you work with clients next to them.
