      The benefits are good. But that's about it.

      Cons

      Long hours. Bad management who doesn't care about your well being at all, although they say they do. The work stinks. Toxic culture.

      Pros

      Some of the people you work with are really cool and amazing. Depending on your account the workload can be manageable.

      Cons

      Most of management sucks. Just pawns sent by the client to produce no matter the conditions. Also have money issues as I didn't receive a pay increase for almost 2 years before I resigned.
