Poor - Buyer Inservco Employee Review

Flexibility - they allow employees to work from home on occasion.

Old-school way of running the business - they pay employees based on years of experience rather than the quality of their work.

They are a larger company and salary was an ok starting value, alot of smart and helpful people

No raises because they froze them, worked there for 2 years and both my raises were frozen and had to take 10% pay cut. Then they laid me off, and just recently my friend was laid off as well
