Very nice office Company events & trips Great people & culture Small teams foster collaboration and a good learning environment for junior staff
Cons
No matter the operating model (which I have seen change twice during my tenure) there are overall 5ish individuals that make all the decisions in that firm. Some C-level and dept. heads may manage people as resources, but lack basic understanding of product/clients/operations directly relevant to their teams.
