The politicking is really bad. Working with various levels of leadership, one soon realizes that there are a lot of games being played here and some leaders get to their positions by essentially throwing people under the bus so they can look good. There is a severe disconnect between the executives and the department employees that is filtered by directors and senior directors that often look out for their own interest.
A whole department can quit and the leader that caused it would be moved laterally and not demoted or even fired. I am surprised this company has not been sued yet for workplace bullying or something.
Why do only clinical staff warrant fair market pay salary review? Administrative, clerical staff ...well dont hold your breath, you might never get paid a competitive salary.
