      No pros. I can not think of one good thing about this organization.

      Cons

      Management that has NO IDEA how to run a business. Weak product line. Unprofessional atmosphere and staff. The owner and CEO really have no idea how to run a successful business. They should just sell the company and move on. Let someone who has the ability and skill to run a successful company take over.

      Free lunch once a week.

      Cons

      Office culture. Fired a huge chunk of the company last year but never acknowledged it to their employees. New upper management hire has been heard bragging about how many people she has already made cry already, like its an accomplishment.
