      Pros

      Some lovely colleagues. Experience working with colleagues and customers from other cultures.

      Cons

      No structure, strategy or business processes. Very poor leadership (bit of a one man show) staff (incl management) have no autonomy. Senior management expected staff to work late regularly with no flexibility in return.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues in (Dublin). Good office and infrastructure. Multi-cultural team.

      Cons

      Missing an appropriate management of projects. Not open for new ideas meanly for who is low level of hierarchy. Very rude colleagues in Israel. (Not Friendly at all).
