Good exposure to product and senior leadership. Helpful and knowledgeable team members. Executive team accessible and polite. Doesn't force uncomfortable DEI training, yet very diverse. Good benefits for company of this size.

Strategic direction changed nearly every quarter, which can be somewhat understandable for a company still trying to get its product-market fit, but it also required constant role/priority shifts for many teams that weren't well-equipped to do so. Usually you test a product on different markets, or try different products on one market. Here we did every combination. Lastly, no fuctional HR to help with org structure, career planning, and hiring/firing. Wish them the best!
