      Pros

      It is so difficult for me to point out the pros. I would say some of the colleagues are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      The worst working environment i have ever seen. Salary is extremely low. Even if there is salary review every year, but 5% increase in salary at most. Totally do not recommend this company to the fresh graduate as the salary is very low. Poor management and the management group is conservative. Keep executing conventional rules.

      Pros

      Benefit of discount from buying grocery from cold storage, giant and servicing car in cycle and carriage.

      Cons

      Very fast pace working environment and do not value employee advice. Poor communication flow across all departmentals. Alot of overtime works , low level of work-life balance.
