Pros
Extremely flexible. They are pretty lax where attendance/tardiness is concerned; I've been on time a handful of times in the past months due to health issues, and they didn't ask for an explanation until recently. Current staff is very friendly.
Cons
Minimum wage and no benefits, even for fulltimers. No sick/vacation days either. It's 24/7 for the Kobo program I am assigned to, so if I'm scheduled on a holiday, stat or otherwise, I have to be there.
