      - Good company culture. - Interesting product and problems to solve. - Unique, niche industry. - Opportunity for growth and advancement. - Lots of wonderful people to work with. - Multinational. - Work / life balance is unparalleled.

      Cons

      - Salaries are not competitive, consistently below average. - Only 2 weeks of parental leave is not enough, very outdated structure. - Company vision changes often, not always clear where we are headed. - Office is very outdated.
