Pros
As IR has continued to grow in the last 4 years, they have managed to maintain the strong sense of community that originally attracted so many other employees like myself. This sense of community allows you to truly feel part of the company instead of just another employee number putting in their 40 hours a week. IR's finest investment has been in the quality employees that they've hired. IR invests in their employees in many ways whether it be by tuition reimbursement/supplements or allowing their employees sufficient space to manage their own tasks/work. IR champions the professional development and continuing education of all of their employees. It's been a privilege to be part of the IR team over the past 4 years.
