Good working environment, lots of flexibility to work from home.

Must be available to work anytime.

When the busy season is active there is 50+ hours a week. Not much to the job. Pretty easy and basic and not a lot of micromanaging since supervisors are pretty much non existant.

Not many career oportunities. Most initiative is gone unnoticed while management pushes you to do more. There is a slow season part of the year. Usually a few months after the new year. No raises other than annual. No one is ever there for improvement or advice just there when you screw up.
