Starting pay is competitive but don't expect even a regular "cost of living" raise after being hired Work is busy so the day goes by fast
Cons
Management is secretive and picks favorites. If you make a mistake when learning, expect to be screamed at. What is expected is not always clear and you may be asked to do things that are not on the up and up. If you are an hourly worker, you will work long hours. Expect salaried people to push work off on you to do so they can leave on time. Management is out of touch and salaried people act superior. If someone calls in sick work is overwhelming.
