Old machinaries so you have to work hard to learn here.

Work here with your own hands as most of employees are from local and supports local engineers and managers. Working environment is worst as technicians are illiterate interms of working and behaviorwise too. Most of technicians are relatives of old working employees so they behave like anything and will not work as per requirement and demand . They will work as per their wish. If you complain same to higher authority they will not take any action. No proper permit followed by technicians and will never sign before starting any work. So condition will be worst in emergencies. No safety training provided and safety officer looks busy only for safety week. Proper material inventory not available as only 5% budget will be made available.
