Pros

The purpose of the program is wonderful, serving the seniors. Direct care employees are genuine and care deeply for the well-being of others. They stay there in-spite of losing benefits, declining work conditions because of the people they serve.

Cons

Corporate top-guns have"god" syndrome.Policies are not followed by the policy-makers. Some C-levels need to brush up their HR skills and get rid of their insecurities. Just because you are good for nothing does not give you the right to harass others. You never know what will be the next benefit to go. Holier than thou corporate clerks, constant change of staffing, short staffed centers, disgruntled employees is the NEW face of InnovAge.

If you are smart, talented, and eager to grow your skills, InnovAge can be a great fit. There is lots of opportunity for operational innovation and leadership.

Cons

The org is going through many changes and has some long standing practices that could use enhancement.

Pros

Most particapants treat us with kindness and respect.

Cons

Working as a driver for Innovage is not worth it, the pay is not fair for the required work that is involved with this position and addition to the new job title From Driver to Driver Particapant Care. The companies pay raises is a joke and a slap in the face, has a very high turnover rate which results to being low staffed and way too much overtime with little life balance. We have way too many vehicle mechanical issues with no onsite mechanics to fix them, They treat us like kids, too much drama and gossip, lots of favortism extremley poor communication which result to employee and particapants unsatisfied. There is just far too much negatives about this company and I unfortunately can't recommend this job to anyone and it's not worth your time.
