- Communication problem between management and staff
- Management claims a family style approach but like many other companies do not properly deliver
- Management would rather throw you under the bus for their mistakes than take some responsibility and accountability for their poor decisions
- Management refuses to listen to construction feedback to prevent problems which would reflect from their decisions, not taking the opinion of professionals and their experiences
- Moral is just bad in general, you could be doing 100 things right and 1 thing wrong, and they will threaten to write you up for that 1 negative problem, despite claiming they are understanding and promote positivity
- Too bias on providing excellent service but blind to common sense and unrealistic situations. False or overzealous complaints from clients are automatically taken as fact without proper judgement or review
- False claim from Management stating they don't want to run the company by fear but several staff members are in fact fearful for their work and performance.
