Pros
Its a fully remote position, it's a reliable company and you know your salary will hit your account. The people who work in there have different backgrounds and its a pretty diverse company.
Cons
There is no space for growth. Most of the job titles are exclusively operational and the same thing, all day, every day. We dont have spaces to do suggestions, and we have no access to direct trainings from the company's customer, which makes the information always get to us by second parties and lose a lot of details. The company has no culture, no interaction with the teams and it's pretty much the bricklayers of the XXI century. Even having interested people proposing some adjustments, it never moves forward and the leadership has no contact and is not interested in our ideas.
