Pros

Job responsibilities are dispersed throughout all management. If you mess up or have questions about what you're doing, there is plenty of support. Very good "starter" head pro position.

Cons

Corporate world. Everything is done to fit the bottom line. Service is sacrificed in busy season to fit payroll budgets. The volume of guests is somewhat overwhelming at times. The "resort private" label is very difficult to navigate through sometimes. i.e. Catering to Full golf members and resort guests.

Pros

Innisbrook is a great place to work! You can genuinely feel that all the associates enjoy working here. HR and the management team do a great job of making everyone feel their worth and importance to the Resort. It is a wonderful environment to go to work in every day.

Cons

I can't think of a single con of working at Innisbrook. The property is beautiful and all the staff is amazing. Great benefits and perks for working for Salamander!

Pros

Starting pay $17/hr 120hrs PTO Free Golf Discount on apparel Lunch at Employers Expense Golfers/members very vocally appreciative of Golf course condition & groundkeepers Groundskeepers culture is strong. Friendly coworkers

Cons

For Groundskeepers: Huge disconnect from Grounds Maintenance Department and upper-level management 1 year pay raise ranges from 0-0.60$ (cannot exceed) No paid sick-leave Work schedule early start times for tournements are erratic and often advised 1 day prior. Condition of Grounds equipment is medoicre-poor. Current work schedule of 12 days on, 2 days off—but only hitting 80hrs for biweekly paychecks. Overtime very rarely allowed (OT only around Valspar Tournement and 2 months prior).
