Pros

Having visibility into how the organization operates, it’s clear there’s a genuine effort to build something sustainable and people-focused. There’s a strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and continuing to improve systems as the company grows. The team is engaged and cares about the work, which creates a positive day-to-day environment. There’s also a willingness to listen to feedback and adjust, which isn’t always the case in growing organizations. Work-life balance is great overall, with standard 8–5 weekday hours that leave nights and weekends open for family time. There are still areas being refined, as expected with growth, but overall the direction is thoughtful and the foundation being built is strong.

Cons

As with any growing organization, there are still some processes being refined, which can occasionally lead to ambiguity or shifting priorities.

Pros

I cannot say enough about how much I love to work at iCan. The company culture is to foster positivity and joyful & fun interactions between staff, children and their families. I continually feel supported and valued. There is an endless dedication to professional growth and challenges to rise to every day. This company creates clear growth paths and strives to innovate and raise to meet the changing landscape of ABA. I have the opportunity here to do strong clinical work and autonomy to operate independently as a clinical director. Everyone who I have met at iCan has been a blessing to have in my life and to learn from. While every company has it's flaws, I have never been happier at any ABA company and I urge anyone looking for a different way to ABA to consider coming to iCan. We'd love to have you!

Cons

Occasional misalignments across departments Policies and procedures are not always in place, understood an enforced Work/Life Balance can suffer
