Plenty of opportunities to grow from an engineering perspective. For those who are curious and eager to learn about new things, the opportunity is there. The job is never boring, and gives you new challenges everyday, sometimes things you never worked with before. There is plenty of room to express the creativity and love for the craft.

Because still in the scaling phase, things can seem chaotic at times. For some people that can be too much. Also, things are volatile, since there is still a lot of research happening. So you might end up redoing the same things multiple times which can be tiring at some point.
