Pros
The people here are great, probably the strongest teams I've ever worked with. Lots of individual talent. Culture, I think, is fun and open, but it is a lot of hard work. But, the hard work is what will make the payoff possible. I know a few other reviews have mentioned the CEO & leadership are disconnected, and I cannot personally relate to that. The fact is that whenever there are some deadlines and employees are needed to work late(if need be), the leadership team stays late and works along with the employees which in itself says a lot about the company and its culture. They say that the company should be the most important thing to the CEO, like really really really important – From what I have seen Rajesh, our CEO is constantly thinking about how to make it better and paranoid on things that could go wrong & fix. Employee happiness is one of the things he thinks about a lot, right from the office environment to people we hire and the same is driven across leadership and people managers. INKONIQ strongly believes in happy employees make happy customers and they surely know how to keep the employees happy. Time offs, half yearly bonuses, health insurance, awesome support team, new gen technologies, learning opportunities are some of the perks of working with a company that is going places so fast.
Cons
Its moving from a startup level to mid level company! You have to be willing to wear many hats and handle new challenges. What's life without any challenges!
