Pros
You can make some good connections in the company if they are not crazy. You learn a lot but you only realise how bad it is once you leave and any other job looks better than this.
Cons
The company revolves around the sales team and everyone is backstabbing. They are encouraged to work crazy hours by the directors who all dislike each other and everyone is paid a different salary even if some have more experience or have been working longer. Countless hours, little pay, controlling directors, toxic coworkers.
