      Looks so great at first but don't be fooled - Support Worker Inicio Group Ltd Employee Review

      Looks so good on paper and online

      Cons

      Never enough staff, the ones who are there are holding the place together for the kids. The support workers don't get paid enough for what they do and the senior management team just bark orders and changes they don't care for the kid just their appearance. My advice AVOID

      Pros

      Inicio promote within, they believe in self-improvement and deliver high quality training to all staff. Staff benefits are consistently reviewed and views and wishes of employees are listened to and acted on. Quality of homes for young people is exceptional. Standards of support provided for young people is also exceptional. There are generous budgets to spoil young people, treat them to activities and 'never before had experiences'. Young people always feedback that it feels like family. Supportive management who promote opportunities for the teams and want employees to succeed. Flexible working options are offered e/g working from home days. Incentives for meeting company values.

      Cons

      Nothing that would deter me from returning to Inicio.
