      Pros

      Interesting scope of work. Enjoyed my time there. Great peers and good team of interns running the panel.

      Cons

      Need to use a new employment agent to manage the panel. The person(s) in charge is not very involved or do not know what is going on half the time. Need to motivate current team as there have not been any perks since the panel started.
