Pros
Onboarding was really good and people were quite welcoming. Especially when you’re not from an IT background it gives you the fundamental background. Also get access to educational content from LinkedIn Learning, Udemy and other learning platforms.
Cons
Bit hard to explain what the company is and does especially all different aspects of it. Was not 100% sure what was expected of the job and were using so many technical slang and abbreviations that you can get lost.
