Pros
I loved the work I did. It was challenging but very personally rewarding. It helped me get my current job.
Cons
The hours were terrible: 12+ towards the end of my tenure. They would tell you that your working Saturday Friday afternoon. They would tell you that your 8-hour shift is going to be 12 that day fifteen minutes before the 8-hour shift was ending. Management was terrible - they did not care about you at all.
